The NEXOPLAN Group has successfully completed its first acquisition with the purchase of Ingenieurbüro Liebert Versorgungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG—marking a clear milestone in the launch of its growth strategy.
With the acquisition of engineering firm Liebert, NEXOPLAN is integrating a leading specialist in building services engineering (BSE) that has been synonymous with innovative, sustainable, and energy-efficient building technology since its founding in 1996. The company employs more than 100 people and carries out complex projects for clients in industry, research, healthcare, and projects for clients in industry, research & development, and healthcare.
Liebert is particularly known for its holistic planning concepts, which intelligently combine ecological, economic, and technical requirements, as well as for its use of state-of-the-art methods such as BIM to ensure digital and efficient project implementation.
